Children’s Day at Tolmets Recycling Facility
Starting from June 2, 2025, in celebration of International Children’s Day, Tolmets hosted its first Children’s Day at the recycling facility on Granīta iela.
Following the success of the inaugural event, Children’s Day is planned again this year on June 1, becoming a meaningful tradition for our company.
The event was created to introduce children to the world of recycling, responsible resource use, and environmental awareness in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Through guided tours, interactive activities, and open discussions, young visitors were able to see how recycling works in practice and why it matters.
At Tolmets, we believe that End of Waste and sustainability begin with our children — the next generation that is growing today and will shape the world of tomorrow.
