Directive 2008/98/EC  (Waste Framework Directive)

Defines the waste management hierarchy and requirements for their processing.
Directive 2000/53/EC on end-of-life vehicles (ELV Directive)

Regulates the environmentally friendly disposal and reuse of vehicle materials.
Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 on transboundary movements of waste  (Waste Shipment Regulation)

Ensures transparency and control over the movement  of scrap metal between EU countries and beyond.
Directive 2010/75/EU  (Industrial Emissions Directive)

Sets emission limits for industrial installations and the use of best available technologies (BAT).
Directive 2022/2464/EU (CSRD)
