Innovation in Action: TOLMETS Launches New Product Line – Red Zorba

For over 20 years, TOLMETS has been at the forefront of metal recycling — but innovation never stops. We continue to invest in modernization and production improvements to meet growing global standards and deliver even greater value to our partners.

At the end of 2025 and beginning of 2026, our production team will finalize a new phase of system upgrades, resulting in the introduction of a new product: Red Zorba.

Thanks to the expertise of our skilled mechanics and production engineers, we have enhanced the functionality of our vibro separation table — the critical point where all post-processing material flows. By integrating an additional high-performance magnet and fine-tuning the separation process, we achieved a breakthrough: a clean split of materials into two distinct high-quality fractions — Zorba Red and Twitch.

These advancements not only expand our product portfolio but also increase efficiency, material purity, and the environmental performance of our recycling operations. And we’re not stopping there — further innovation is underway to ensure our technologies and output remain among the best in Europe.
