Implementation of a management process system at SIA “TOLMETS LATVIJA”

SIA TOLMETS LATVIJA is launching the implementation of a new business management process system to significantly improve the company’s operational efficiency, transparency and data management.

As part of the project, sales, logistics and administrative processes are being digitised; automation of cargo tracking and accompanying documentation is being introduced, real-time data integration between departments is being ensured, and the quality control system is being digitised. Internal processes are being improved, the volume of manual work and the risk of errors are being reduced, and data availability for decision-making is being enhanced.

The expected outcome is more efficient sales planning, faster customer service, optimised logistics and improved overall company productivity.

The project is being implemented under the Latvian Investment and Development Agency’s ‘Support for Process Digitalisation’ programme, with funding from the European Union’s Recovery Fund.
