Implementation of a document management system at SIA “TOLMETS”

SIA “TOLMETS” is currently implementing the project “Implementation of a Document Management System”, which is co-financed by the European Union’s Recovery Fund (NextGenerationEU).

Project indicators

• Implementation period: 1 August 2024 – 31 August 2025
• Total budget: 50,000 EUR
• EU funding: 20,000 EUR

The aim of the project is to modernise the company’s internal process management tools by introducing a digital document management and archiving system. This will enable:

• increase work efficiency and improve data accessibility,
• reduce paper consumption, thereby promoting sustainable operations and the achievement of environmental protection objectives,
• automate the processes of document creation, circulation and storage.

Expected results

Upon completion of the project, the volume of paper documents within the company will be significantly reduced, standardised and digitised document processing procedures will be introduced, and internal and external collaboration will be improved, thereby enhancing the quality of service for customers and partners.

The project is being implemented with co-financing from the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). SIA “TOLMETS” is responsible for the content of this information.
